Patching or Upgrading Oracle?
You don't need to upgrade or patch API Wizard when you upgrade or patch Oracle! API Wizard's patented, dynamic ability to work with any API makes it impervious to Oracle version or patchset. The same version of API Wizard works on any version of Oracle EBS R11 or R12 and any version of the Oracle database!
Helpful hint:
When contacting support, it's useful to know the version of API Wizard that you are running. You can determine this by going into Excel, selecting the API Wizard menu, and choosing the 'About' option.
