Sarah Conzemius, Partner, Business Development

Sarah Conzemius is the Director of Business Development for API Wizard.  She is responsible for new client business throughout the world.  Sarah has over 20 years' experience helping organizations in every industry use the Oracle EBS suite more efficiently.  Sarah is passionate about helping her customers find the right solutions for their challenges and has the extensive background required to be a true adviser to her customers.  Sarah is a very active participant in the Oracle EBS community, participating in national and regional events across the United States.  Sarah is based in California, USA.

Terry Donohue, Partner, Sales and Marketing

Terry Donohue is the Director of Sales and Marketing at API Wizard.  Terry has over three decades of real-world, hands-on sales and marketing experience.  He understands what it takes to bring a prospect to a demo and how to ensure prospects become happy and satisfied customers.  Terry's background includes sales and marketing in multiple industries, including communication and technology.  Terry's philosophy about API Wizard is that every organization that uses Oracle EBS would benefit by using API Wizard and his team's goal is to make sure those Oracle EBS companies understand the power and versatility of API Wizard's solutions.  Terence is based in Connecticut, USA.

Chakra Kosana, Partner, Product Strategy

Chakra Kosana leverages his vast experience and keen understanding of the industry to set the direction of the API Wizard development effort, identifying opportunities for API Wizard to solve real-world challenges posed by the inefficiency of enterprise class software, including the Oracle e-Business Suite and other applications that run on an Oracle database or other Oracle technology.

Chakra has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, working with the entire Oracle technology stack.  Chakra's many years of consulting experience provide him with exposure to the multitude of challenges organizations face and insight into both the common problems as well as those that are industry vertical specific.  Chakra has also held senior IT positions at organizations which run Oracle EBS, giving him a full understanding of Oracle from the perspective of an internal, senior IT resource.   Chakra received an MCA in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MS in Management Information Systems from NYU.

Rob Lepanto, Partner, Customer Support and Service

Rob Lepanto manages API Wizard's Customer Support and Service teams and has overall responsibility for ensuring that customers get the optimal value out of API Wizard.  The support team covers standard software support and training while the service team works on customer-specific requirements and projects.  Rob frequently works directly with customers.

Rob has over 25 years of experience working with Oracle and the Oracle e-Business Suite.  Rob's technical expertise includes an extensive background in database administration, pl/sql programming, software development methodologies, and solution architecture.  Rob's functional background with the Oracle e-Business Suite includes hands-on experience implementing a wide number of modules.  In his prior positions in professional services, Rob has served as project manager for several large Oracle EBS projects. 

 

Rob is very active in the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG) and currently serves as President of the NYC-Metro OAUG.  Rob has presented on several educational topics at national and regional OAUGs.  Rob holds a BA and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.

 

Rob lives in Connecticut, USA with his family.  When he's not working or spending time with his wife and kids, he can be found on the local basketball courts.

Richard Volpitta, Partner, Operations

Richard Volpitta has worked in and around innovative businesses and products for over 20 years with a solid record of positive results across multiple industries.  Richard has spent the last 10 years in the Oracle Applications and technology space helping API Wizard customers align their Oracle solutions to their business goals.  Richard brings an effective partnering and consulting mentality to this effort, and he marshals API Wizard’s resources to ensure both short-term and long-term customer success and satisfaction.  Richard leverages his experience to play a significant role in the strategic growth and direction of API Wizard.  Richard holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Fairfield University, and an MBA in Finance from The University of Connecticut.  Richard is based in New York, USA.

Corie Winter, Partner, Customer Education and Success

Corie Winter is responsible for managing the long term success of the API Wizard customer base.  This involves ensuring that customers are not only benefiting from API Wizard in their initial areas of interest but are also aware of opportunities to leverage API Wizard to improve processes throughout the organization.  Corie overseas customer communication, which includes informing customers about enhancements, new product features, customer success stories, training and workshop opportunities, conference participation, and more.

Corie has over 20 years of experience in the Oracle EBS market and has previously served in several operational positions.  Before API Wizard, Corie was a Senior Partner at AppCentric Solutions, an Oracle EBS consultancy.  Corie started her career as a user in the Order Management module, so she knows first-hand how tedious Oracle can be and what a significant contribution API Wizard can make in reducing the effort associated with Oracle EBS data processing.
