In this webinar, we will demonstrate two options for entering and reporting on COVID vaccinations:

​

• Option 1 - HR SITs (for EBS customers with a license to Oracle HR)

• Option 2 - COVID Tracking tables (for all Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or general Oracle DB)

​

Option 1 is for organizations running Oracle EBS HR.  Option 2 is for organizations who run Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or any Oracle database.

Additionally, we will cover the following:

​

• Critical data to capture

• Data entry

  • How to get this info into Oracle

• Data Updating

  • How to update (e.g. to indicate second dose received)

• Reporting - including:

  • Employees who have not received any vaccination

  • Employees who have received first vaccination but require second

  • Employees who have completed the vaccination protocol for the vaccine

  • Employees who are not required to take vaccine due to an exemption

  • Breaking out this data by Location, Supervisor, Job/Position, etc.

• How to flexibly handle changes in recording and reporting requirements
